In our lab we aim to understand how large multiprotein complexes that determine cell fate decisions are assembled from ubiquitous cytoskeletal molecules, and how their organization relates to their specific function.
Towards this goal, we develop single molecule localisation based superresolution microscopy to a state, where it can be used as a readout of cellular function.
